Shipping policy

We TOTALLY understand that in this age of Amazon everything is being delivered faster and faster. Except handmade stuff.

Orders are hand created one at a time by a tiny staff of two to three human beings.
Yelling at the elves does not make them produce faster, it makes them cry. Then they produce more slowly.

Items can take up to 6 weeks to produce and ship out sometimes, ESPECIALLY the applique hoodies because they take between 4 and 6 hours to hand sew each and we sell dozens a month.  ESPECIALLY ESPECIALLY the lamps. Everyone wants one.
They take up to a month to create, and you have to wait your turn. 
We promise to LET YOU KNOW what our schedule looks like on slow items. :) It's right in the listing. 
Sometimes things take longer if it's a massively busy season.
Our seamstress is a disabled veteran as well. Sometimes there is a medical delay.

What we CAN promise you is that you're going to get your stuff. You'll get timely responses when you email or text us. And we'll never slack off. We'll ship everything as quickly as we can. We'll also do our very best to take into account birthdays and holidays, and make your events special by having what your loved ones want there on time. Let us know if you have a specific day you need something by, and we'll do our best.

We often also include extras and bonuses for late items. So, if you've been waiting, drop us a line, and expect us to make it right by you. <3
